Cetaphil’s daily smoothing moisturizer for rough and bumpy skin is created with 20% urea to diminish the appearance of bumps and smooth rough skin. Rough and uneven spots on upper arms, thighs, and cheeks can be reduced in appearance by using this dermatologist-tested product. One month later, 93% of participants in a clinical study indicated that their skin was substantially less rough. It protects against five indicators of skin sensitivity and is non-irritating, non-sensitizing, fragrance-free, and dermatologist-tested on rough and bumpy, sensitive skin without any acidic exfoliants. Keratin, a protein found in the skin, can generate little bumps and rough patches on the surface of your skin. Spots and rough patches on the skin appear red or pigmented because of the keratin buildup blocking the hair follicles’ openings, particularly on the backs of the arms, legs, or face. In addition to moisturising and exfoliating the skin, Cetaphil’s daily smoothing moisturizer for rough and bumpy skin contains 20% urea, which is gentle enough to remove dead skin cells without irritating the surface of the skin. It has glycerin to keep skin hydrated and moisturised, leaving it feeling silky smooth.
Ingredients
Cetyl lactate and myristyl lactate are the main ingredients in this product. The other ingredients are glycerin, propylene glycol, prunus amygdalus dulcis oil, glyceryl stearate and cetearyl alcohol. Dimethicone, carbomer and methylparaben are the other ingredients. Sodium hydroxide is the final ingredient.
