It is an amino acid that contains sulphur that stabilises the development of protein structures and is required for the production of glutathione. Essential trace minerals like molybdenum and selenium help produce a number of critical enzymes.
- Take 1 NAC vegetable capsule with selenium and molybdenum twice a day to combat free radicals and maintain cellular health.
